Route 965 doesn't go to Chong Pang Camp, but you can still take it to Yishun Avenue 2 and transfer to route 169. My recommendation, though, is to take route 969 from there, alight at Chong Pang Camp (the Air Force camp), and then transfer to either routes 167 or 980. Take MRT or 962 to Sembawang Interchange, then switch over to 167, alight at the bus stop after Springfield Road, cross the road and walk in to Transit Road for about five minutes to reach Nee Soon Camp...
