But i believe i'm very unlikely to encounter such things in countries namely Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, China - or else people are going to laugh their heads off! and i think culture & lifestyle got a part to play too - these people are much more vigilent and adaptive to the environment.

Singaporeans are most well known for their 'kia-su' behavior. Guess why people are being hit on the head by the side mirror because of standing too close to the oncoming bus? Reason being that they want to be the first to board the bus in an attempt to get a sit first. If you ever noticed , they tend to squeeze around the entrance of the door before the door opens. When the doors finally opened , they all squeezed and rushed in .
