Dual operator status for 190?

esp when there is weather changes, the road (direction to clementi) will ALWAYS jam until very jia lat.
As a resident living in the SMRT buses area, i think SBS service is better because :
- They have much more buses (of course)
- They have more stuffs and resources because they aren't in charge of MRTs, LRTs and buses.
- They have more reliable techniques than SMRT. for eg, for bus 74 they will allocate one empty bus at NP during peak hours (5pm) to 6pm like dat.

I think that 190 already meet the minimum criteria set by PTC mah,If not long ago had to surrender,Some Drivers never follow schedule along certain routes is still a problem.This is true confession by 3 SLs i've talked too.When LTA conducted a survey everybody will surely be on time or behind schedule after that all the heywire starts again.Even for S74/S147,I've encountered waiting for nearly 45 mins for one.It's just many peoples takes 190 over MRT,That's all.

There's a reason I suggested low-floor models - SBS Transit gets to show that they are more passenger-friendly, and putting so many B9TL buses also help make route 190 a WAB route. Before the transfer, SBST always have extra buses stationed outside BP-Plaza during peak-hours, and what had SMRT/TIBS does...??? -

one is at BP Plaza (towards NBR)
one is at the first Bus stop after BKE exit (towards CCK)
both are AM Peak downroutes -
if i stay in bukit panjang i will prefer 171 rather than 190 to go home from orchard..

Anyway, I have seen bendies with the only exit in the trailer section. The Renault PR180s in Perth are like that.
