passenger beats up bus driver

newspaper say that a passenger miss his stop, so he ask the bus driver to stop the bus immediately and let him alight. the bus driver refuse, so the guy beat the bus driver lor.... the incident happened on a 88 bus at pasir ris drive 12 on feb 1 this year....
for beating the bus driver, the guy was jailed a day and fined $1000

A 17-year-old student of one of Singapore's top JC allegedly punched a SBS bus driver in the face during a quarrel on Wednesday -
encountered a drunkard scolding a 88 BC for not scanning his ezlink card
the BC called for help but no one responded (crowded bus)
i then hello hello the drunkard small matter, and tell the BC to forgot it since not worth kena wallop over a few cents.
me and the drunkard alight together...
and i take another 88 home... -

The real problem is the tone of voice,The way of communication.That's what most BCs/SLs lack.I've handle numerous incident suchs as fare evaders,Drunkard and so far i've never been threathen nor beaten before.Some thing we've just to be tolerate only.They're honest passenger too suchs as they will inform me that they didn't have money at all.My way to handle pax who evade or forgot to tap is simple"Sir i think you've forgotten to tap/pay your card" follow by a smile,I'm pretty sure that even drunkard would not wallop you upon hearing that.You simply just cant shout "Hoi,Tap the card lar",It's not that you own the bus co right?So flexibility is another way to survive.
