New Scania Buses Coming to SBS

some people need to sit time machine back to 1989. then they'll stop whining about CRBs.

some people have seen a new SD bus at BRAM ytd. as of now the bus is erm gone.
could be k230UB bus. meaning one unit is ready.
witnesses described the bus having low windows like Volgren and the livery is in full white

I agree. When the N113 were new, it was like way above the rest. Smooth, quiet and remarkably quick (last time no speed limiter lah). What you see today is a bus after many many kilometers to its name. Its old, what do you expect? Your bones will rattle once you're old too. Now we may sing praises about the B9TL or other new buses but who knows, when it got to the age of the N113, its condition may be comparible or worse. Then some kiddie who has never seen the B9TL when new would come up and loathe every single bit about it. the old scania buses were definitely much better compared to the other buses during that time, ie B57s, LAs etc.
used to joy ride on svc 8 (during that time was plying Pasir Ris - Toa Payoh) and this model of the bus was the svc perm. -
