Damn pissed with bus 700...

not always. i've seen near 1/3 of the BCs are rude. if you call BCs wait for someone to come who needs to take this bus either urgently or other reasons, they don't care, just scold you and wait. Some even like, like someone said, a group of girls take bus then wait wait wait for the other group come then the bus close drive off. 1/3 of BCs are rude, the others are quite friendly. but i agree, complain to bus company is best. last time i see someone running for the bus then reach the entrance door of the bus the BC act never see drive off then this person go take down the bus rego and most likely complained to the bus company. this is the best solution for now towards inconsiderate BCs.Originally posted by Rock^Star:I can empathise with your situation. i have to agree with what muziq said there. since its 5.30 in the evening, it is during the peak hours. they do not have the need to stop, especially since peak hours gt a lot of commuters but if its during non-peak hours then of course, they see people then they have to stop, unless this BC don't care got passengers, then purposely drive off then that one no good.Originally posted by SBS9806J:Should ask WHAT saftey concerns. Waiting for jus one person might affect the whole schedule anyway. That would then affect the passengers at the later leg of the journey.

i am really puzzled why she thinks 3 seconds will affect the frequency while 30 seconds won't. I'm at the bus stop, and the bus is still within the yellow box. I dunno whether I'm in a wrong or what... -

Singapore commuters is damm fortunate.Not satisfied with the driver can go complain add a bit of story and maybe consider take legal actions.Bus already cross over the yellow bus stop line also complain but twist a bit of fact like saying the driver rude bla bla bla,I suggest those complain kings go and scold the Malaysian/Other countries drivers then you compare which one is rude.I've seen a passenger being whack by a stick by a bus driver for shouting at him.After this what ah?Bus crowded cannot get seat,Bus didn't stop cause i was busy looking at handphones is it??Lame old story

Well, it may be true our country may be better than the rest, but think about it. Would we want our country to be looked down upon by the world like people saying "Oh, this is just another normal country, people complain, run for buses and miss them, and hygiene is bad". otherwise how do i cross the road at green man?
it goes like this:
1) 700 stopped at the bus stop and opened the door but no one got up
2) 700 was about to move off
3) Lights turn red (green man)
4) 700 stopped
5) I crossed the road
6) I tapped the door of the stationary 700 which was waiting for the lights.
