is that a loophole? Y plate vehicles has a 20 years lifespan..Originally posted by SBS9888Y:too bad this bus has no lifespan expiry
Y plate follows the normal COEOriginally posted by 105090:is that a loophole? Y plate vehicles has a 20 years lifespan..
sekali later the bus is re-registered as SBS plate
The inside still got the old rego intact , interesting.Originally posted by eX.A.K.R.:Well, for legal purposes, that 2-Axle Leyland Olympian isn't even a bus to begin with - that vehicle is officially considered as a truck.

The EDS on SBS 1688K can get problematic sometimes. It also struck SBS 9888Y and that's why you see that there's the black strip around the desto (where the EDS used to be. Removed on 1 December 2005 FYI).Originally posted by tintinspartan:Ai! Got bus side desto. Maybe if EDS breakdown, they use side desto instead.

It was already like that since 2005 i think.Originally posted by tintinspartan:Ai! Got bus side desto. Maybe if EDS breakdown, they use side desto instead.

Some advisory to 'SBS9806J': Try not to take photos of buses at Orchard Road. This is one of the most difficult places to take photos since the traffic there is horribly heavy. I tried once, outside Wisma Atria, and all of my photos did not work.Originally posted by TIB1062Y:SBS117Z on Service 54 --> Not advisable to take photos of buses in BUS STOPS.. SBS1986A on Service 36 --> You really love to shoot photos under the trees? Then too bad, your pix forever will be remain in this LOW quality..
SBS2996P on Service 143 --> Seem that you love this kind of angle shots more.. Keep up the lousy work that you have.. -_-"
SBS3732C on Express 502 --> Nice white car in front of you and also the nice tress up there... Keep up the lousy work that you have.. -_-"
SBS7384Y on Service 7 --> Sunlight direction very very right (as if.. -_-) Well, you really need more practice and experiments outside..
B9TL follow old back rego style? --> Take photos of the rear side, at least have some decent shots which can see the full view of rear.. And sunlight wise, you seem to love overexposed shots a lot..
SBS9841G on Service 133 --> For goodness sake, can you please go and practice more for better angle shots and also correct sunlight direction shots?!? Seriously all your photos posted above are really a EYESORE to many.. -_-"

However, I must say, Far East Plaza and Thai Embassy are great places to take night shots...if you know how to do so.Originally posted by TWS4793:Some advisory to 'SBS9806J': Try not to take photos of buses at Orchard Road. Instead, try places outside Orchard Road. Tampines Interchange is one example. With a long span of pavement where you can go stand anywhere to take photos of buses, it's almost possible to get a good photo from any angle (but watch out for the direction of the sunlight too).
Totally agree with you.Originally posted by dfs24:WOW TIB1062Y, how encouraging of you to give such "constructive" feedback. you sure sound like a professional photographer. Excuse me, can I see a photo of a bus from you just for reference? Let everyone see your ''good'' standard photos. And he means how can I learn from YOU, noy you learn from my pics. Do you now understand what he said?Originally posted by TIB1062Y:Well, if he always post the same old lousy standard of photos, then how are we able to learn from it? From bad to worst?
