Okay... The problem with your night shot is the lighting part. The front of the bus seem to be very dark, and resulted in your night shot photos turning out to be in a bad state. HGDEP washes their buses everyday. However, unlike slbp, which has the newest washer of all the depots. HGDEP's washing machine is old and has limitations. For example, it cannot wash the top of single deck buses because the roof washer cannot be adjusted.Originally posted by chickenlittle2:Wa.. HGDEP forgot to wash their bus?
Also washers do acculumate dirt on them over time. So probably hgdep dint clear the dirt on the washers (which may require a bureaucratic process, like going through West district office (at slbp) and then going through bram's approval to hire a contractor or bram has to tender a contract) in order to get them clear.
The above is based on the assumption that SBS Transit is a large firm (which it is), and ceteris paribus, as a firm gets bigger, it will face bigger internal diseconomies of scale, and one of the diseconomies of scale is having to go through different levels of management. hence productivity drops and there you go, buses with stains.
Another depot with limitations is bbdep, one washer, so some buses have to skip washing if they have no time.
