  960, 171 (take from the bus stop at the BPP taxi stand)

  Get off at Raffles Hotel and cross the road.

  190 only need to walk abit.. if lazy go orchard change train.. if is go suntec / marina area is totally different story

  I took 171 most of the time .... quite quick ..... and on the way can bio mei meis from NJC, HCJC and SCGS also ...

  morning peak ppl will take 700 cos 190 damn crowded. 700 will have almost no seats at the interchange. yah 700 waiting time super long even during morning peak, n the part where it turns left at scgs all the way to scotts rd takes a much longer time (lots of traffic lights n super jialat newton circle) than 190 takes to ply stevens rd.
  190 is a faster option

  Agreed with the rest... 190 is fast to City Hall but need to alight at the bus-stop after the right turn from the traffic junction at Chimjes...
