Need info for: Bus accident involving SCDF Ambulance - 2001

i was doing some social studies stuffs which need me to look up for info on Parliamentry Debates, i then found something interesting to read and curious for the outcome of the incident.

Why are you obsessed with ambulances and fire engines. It occured at the junction of Upp Bukit Timah Rd and Hillview Rd, when a TIBS 173 bus TIB 794A collided with an ambulance. Till now if you board TIB794A, you can still see cracks at the front. -

Off-Service NAC Mk 2 hit an ambulance(with people, going towards NUH) & the impact send the ambulance topple to 1 side & the person lying inside the ambulance got killed.
Place should be Bouna Vista Flyover. -
