Why does SMRT don't have IRIS?

  So what if SMRT has IRIS?
  As profit is their number one priority.We still need to take at least 10-15 mins to wait for their buses at peak hour.25-30 mins waiting time at night.
  Ever waited for ser 178 for 35mins at night,i called up Woodlands interchange and asked why,that said checkpoint jammed.Do you believe them?

  no, but it pass by woodland centre road. whereby part of it are always jammed when the traffic at checkpoint is jam. That why SV 178 alway detour to go via woodland ave 3 instead. likewise for SV 170/160/CW1.
