This kinda incident happened to me last time also. I instead of a teenager, this time is a middle age women. I was standing near her and then for nothing she scolded me, then as the space cleared up I move to the back she wanted to scold me but she can't, so she change target and scolded another teenage gal near by.

Just a little correction. In the eyes of law, they are not at no fault should they hit you actually, because they cannot control their mental state.
