AMDEP & BRBP>Best on MBO405s,LOs & VSOs,So-So on VOs & B9TLs,Worse on B10Ms and Scanias.Suprisingly some of the best technician jump boat to SMRTB and ditto for SMRTB.Bus care and maintenace are above good.BCs are ok for AMDEP but worse for BRBP,No wonder many BRBP kena punched.8/10
BBDEP & ARBP>The best on B10M MKIV Striders & VOs but bad on DM3500s,B9TLs and MKIIIs.Darts are more worse than BN ones.Average care and maintenance still needs lot of improvement.A lot of buses "sneeze" loudly also.6.5/10
HGDEP>The great B10M MKIIIs mostly came from here,So-So for others B10Ms,VOs & B9TLs.Still The Tridents condition are beyond satisfaction,Maybe should transfer to AMDEP for B10TLs.Bus maintenace are good but lack care of exteriors.Overall 8.5/10
BNDEP>Only good in maintance Darts & Scanias especially the CAC ones.Others are below worse for MKIIs/IIIs/IVs/B9TLs and pity the L94UB for landing at the wrong places.A lot of atitude problem technicians,Heck care maintenance,Got to reshuffle almost everything if to be the best.6/10
SLBP>Improvement over the years with more buses got painted nicely and badges intact.But some of the LOs really need refurbishing.Bus maintenance are average but i think SLBP Volvo servicing method is almost the same as BB.
Still i give 7.5/10
SMRTB Depots
AMDEP>Cant expect much since SMRT cut costs on almost everything.New tyres suppliers GT replacing the renowned Michelin and soon to be Dunlop.Some MBs really need good refurbishing,UMW-Lances are the worst ones if you look at the body condition nowadays compared to TIBS era.AMDEP Technical sides should learn more from WLDEP in terms of maintaining Habits,But the Hispano MKIIs are the best among the other 2 depots.Goods at Nissans also.Current trademark,MBs w/o the nutguard rims.6.5/10
KJDEP>Worse maintance buses?DAF,Mercs & Hinos are average,Good in Box bendies,Much average on other bendies.A lot of junior technicians so can't expect much.Bus exterior sucks,You can find a lot of missing rear bumper.Not to mention pest problems.5.5/10
WLDEP>The best of all but need to concentrate more on Scania Elbos.Should learn how to service Hispano MKII bendies from AMDEP.Exterior wise are so-so.The least breakdown rates for this month.But SLs need to take care more of the buses in terms of cabin hygiene.7.5/10 -
All 3 SMRT depots have pest problems, especially AMDEP. KJDEP maintenance is actually the best of all 3, Woodlands was good during TIBS days, now quite bad. All thanks to SMRT.

better service, good VOs,Striders,DM3500, MK2 DM/WA
hgdep x-ferred MK3 on 175 are the best, JB MKIII suk
BC Attitude: 8.5/10
Buses: 7.5/10
2) hgdep
good in MK2,Mk3,Mk4, Not so fantastic VO3x, so-so service
On the whole buses are good
Buses: 8/10
BC Attitude: 6.5/10
3) slbp
I used to hate it. Tremendous improvement. Did well in maintaing the VO3x. VO2x should have stayed in BB. IMO only 192 fits with VO2x that came from 74
Good MK2s, Sucky merz. WOrst service is Sv 66. bndep side better
Buses: 7/10
BC Attitude: 5.5/10
4) bndep
I used to like it. BCs like to gulp money and pick on sec skool students. MK4s are good. VO3xs are bad. Scanias are the best from there
Buses: 6/10
BC Attitude: 5/10
5) amdep
I used to hate it a lot. It is now better, with VO3x, VSO, MK4 DM
BC attitude not as bad as BRBP but still no good on the whole
Buses: 5/10
BC Attitude: 4.5/10
6) brbp
THE SUCKIEST DEPOT IN SINGAPORE (no offence, but its my personal opinion). Buses that are on EUN Int services ironically better than TPY services. All merz left. BC Attitude problem +++++++++++. I only like 131, 63,60,94 and 154 of brbp side. choww's favourite bus captain is my hated brbp BC. Hope he gets transferred to 8. Check pass pratically every time.
NO WONDER SO MANY COMPLAINS AND BC KENNA PUNCH (those who confiscate card deserve it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For me, most BRBP 143 BCs are OK... except that one. If all the BCs are friendly and wave to everyone, why is it when I see people taking picture of their buses, I don't see any wave?

I still think the bbdep drivers the worst. everytime take 99, all the bin chao chao, sometimes one of them keep asking people check card one. That one I hate, because of all the attitude one, the bbdep is the 2nd lowest, then the arbp lowest cos the driver also the same angry one. Like keep questioning people whether they are NS man or student or senior citizen. bbdep sucks arbp sucks even more. KNN. The clementi driver also like attitude one, people see the office outside the notice oso must ask, then oso threaten call police. KNN.
