Hmm, from the what I can see from the normal photo (blow up one can be decieving) the bus was not on fire, only the car beside it burnt, and the Scania might have only gotten some burn marks.
The BC might have wanted to move the bus away, but due to some damage I guess that could not be done. Especially when engines have cut off sensors... (I dunno if in this case there is or not)... -
