Bus Services which enters Restricted Area

I'm wondering which bus services enters restricted areas in Singapore.

9, 19 and 89 enter the Changi Airport Cargo Complex. I think you must have the pass to go in. 103 and 103W go inside seletar so you must have a pass to go in. Last time wasnt neccesary.

For 103W, it never enter a boundary and loops at Seletar Airport. -
There's this Paya Lebar Airbase services, so I think it must be restricted. I think Service 94 and 90 plyed through Paya Lebar Airbase

Now 103 & 103W only passby os the gate so no need to have pass.
My NSF unit second home is inside Seletar Camp. -

Ok... 90 and 94 do drive pass a taxiway

i saw a notice at Harbourfront bus terminal warning people who are not authorised to enter Pulau Brani restricted area not to board the shuttle bus and the penalties too.
Also those TNC buses from JE int. to Jurong Island - a restricted area. -

If JIS = Jurong Industrial Services, then the answer is no. They do not go into restricted areas.
If JIS = Jurong Island Service, then the answer is yes. Jurong Island is a restricted area. You will not be allowed entry without a valid security pass. I think you are also unable to board the bus. Unlike last time, with sv. 712, there is one stop you can alight before the security checkpoint. Now, the TNC buses go straight inside. -

As for Volvos, it's rare that you could get it. only bus you would get is Merdz.
