oh, huh? I nt taking about them making profit from the bus concession. I mean they are losing money from all these benefits like the pri/sec/JC/ITE and also the senior citizen that they pay half price for it. For concession, I believe that they still do lose money from it.. By the way, of course they need to gain profit la.. If not how do they survive, they got no help from the government leh.. bus operators already have so many concessions given to them. 17 years lifespan, no COE bla bla bla
note that SBS/ SMRT dont lose money from concession, due to cross-subsidising.
