Field of Dreams at National Stadium

  I'm wondering whether SBS is going to deploy their StadiumDirect Buses from National Stadium to various locations next saturday. Looks like they have to accomidate two big events: NDP Rehersal and Field of Dreams. Next Saturday is not a good time to go to CBD or Marina: Traffic Congestion, Bus diversions. Advised to take MRT

  But there are always the NAC SBS 11 (Which is really literally Bus 11), and the Nissans UD deploying around Lor 1 Geylang Terminal

  CSS 608 has been withdrawn. And of course 16 plies there as well

  Do you think Double Decker would be on Stadium Direct? Last time got one B9TL on Stadium Direct (Bedok) sia. Anyway, they can always used spares Leyland Olympian from Soon Lee Depot.

  No la.. the recent concert, B9TL from SL were used. Others were all DM3500,MK3 and strider..

  bndep was the first depot to put B9TLs on Stadium direct. In the recent conert, at least one VO was despatched by bndep. This is what over advertisment of slbp does to someone.

  Wqah! Got 3 major event at CBD and Kallang Area, seh. One is Christina Aguilera Concert at Singapore Indoor Stadium, another is Field of Dreams at National Stadium and lastly, NDP Rehersal. What a nerve on SBS to deploy many buses this saturday.
  
  P.S: Anyone going to watch Field of Dreams at National Stadium this Saturday? I got my tickets at the North Gallery already. Can't wait to take photos there.
