  It's really hard to maintain a certain set of rules or "traditions" when there's no dedicated moderators around.
  
  Unless there's really a group of people who will come together and break down tasks among each other, we will see the repetitions of such incidences.

  The Tradition here, if you look back to 2004, is that mod start thread, then closes it when they deem it full, usually around 25 to 30 pages. Don't have month by month one.
