  AFAIK, there's only 1 morning crossover from Service 153 (perm bus is SBS 9327 A), which I know that it departs WRI at about 8am - 8:10am... That's all! (Btw it only applies for weekdays)

  ya. there is a crossover, but SV 153 does not have any perm B9TL unless it is cameo.
  
  anyway, the B9TL with wheelchair logo should be from AMDEP.
  Saw it this morning again at the same timeslot...
  
  the next bus after this B9TL is SBS9593Y (HG 153), crossover bus from SV 153..

  HIGHLY doubt..usually they will deploy B9TLs or LO3x...its because 93 cant use these buses so they get other buses to do replacement...last week got 2788Z and 2-3 weeks back was 2689B but later only had 8020R replacing 2689B in the PM Peak on 143 and 7474X replacing 2788Z in the PM peak on 143

  The MBO405 DM CAC on Training could be SBS 3894T (261 AMDEP) again.

  Very rarely also have ADD cameo on 93. Remember last year 9603 did 93 full day. About 5 - 6 yrs back got Class 95 ad VO3 on 93 also.
