SBS3708Z is not replacing SBS9510L. There are lesser buses deployed on 8 on weekends. You will see it's perm buses flying around. SBS9488T is on 21 today, SBS9581G is on 81 also. 81 will get DDs on weekends also usually SD will be spare on weekends.
