No la.. I am quite sure the photo is taken the bus stop opp JP.. (The first stop for Svc 242).. BTw, confirm is SBS 3863H la.. frm the rego plate. Cannot be SBS 3820G cause it was on svc this morning ..

Summary of Breakdown: Engine Overheat
Details:
1. I was walking back to Block 216 Food Centre cum Market when I happened to see SBS 0080U parked in the bus stop with no destos. The BC had ran away.
2. The exit door was half open. The back cover was fully opened. A triangle warning sign had been placed behind the bus.

TIB1157H breakdown along CCK Way after the Junction of CCK North 5 , Off Service from KJDEP. The back and front cover open and police car also spotted , causes minor jam. Happen around 6:54am today. -
Today
SBS3891B, svc 139 broke down along Jalan Bahagia at 1310hrs. Spotted with destos still intact & rear engine cover opened. -

190 bus broke down at near CCK Sec bus stop , according to my friend's blog. -
There's also another box bendy (presume to be on Service 190) that broke down at the bus stop along Whitley Rd towards BPJ/CCK yesterday night when I pass by Whitley Rd via Service 153 (SBS 9673 A)...

Teenager killed in Hougang Central accident
24 August 2007 1152 hrs (SST) 0352 hrs (GMT)
SINGAPORE : A 16-year-old boy was killed in an accident at Hougang Central around 7am on Friday.
The SBS bus, service no 27, was making a turn from Hougang Central towards Hougang Ave 10 when it collided into the boy who was crossing the road.
The boy was pronounced dead by paramedics at about 7:30am.
The bus driver is assisting Police with investigations. - CNA/ch

TIB739K on 700 (WL 75) broke down at Scotts Rd at 1pm. (aft Env Bldg/Cairnhill Rd) BC seen giving out bd tix and explaining to pax how to use it. Later at 2.50pm private truck seen (presumably to tow it away)

Passengers were sitting in the bus, while the BC was outside directing the traffic -

The student is from a nearby secondary school from the Interchange
Some of my schoolmates who come for the same primary school as him, knew of his plight and felt sad for him after they received the news around late morning.
