TIB904A seen stalled in between the stops of 888 Plaza and aft. 888 plaza. Suspected to be engine failure.
Replacement bus: TIB1178Y. Took a long time to come

PA62B of Comfort Bus brokedown before traffic light junction of Eunos Link at 1105 hrs today & spotted with its rear engine cover opened.

SBS9593Y (Sv 161, crossover from HG 153) broke down on SLE (toward WDL), near Mandai Flyover at around 8 am on 30/8.
Bus was seen parking on road shoulder with hazard light on and with breakdown triangle. BC was at his seat.. -
SBS442J(142 BRBP) breakdown at Toa Payoh int around 4+pm. Tow by recovery truck.

Let me share with u this... I feel that this is neither an accident nor a breakdown.
At around 12.15pm... I board svc 196 (SBS 7342T) towards Bedok at the bus stop opp United World College. One of the EZ-Link entrance reader malfunctioned but the bus continues its journey.
As the bus reached & leave the next bus stop, the BC flipped all the destos (front,side,back) & continued its journey. So, I can conclude that boarding is not allowed as the entrance reader is malfunctioned.
I alight at the bus stop outside mujahidin mosque at around 12.25pm... The BC still did not allow commuters to board. People at the bus stop looked puzzled as they wondered why the bus with no desto & passengers in the bus still stop at the bus stop. After I alight, i have no idea whether the bus will continue its journey till the end or stop & turn back until all the passengers have alighted from the bus...
Did any of u guys seen this bus ? Is there any replacement bus ? -

SBS982S (HGDEP 27) brokedown at the first bus-stop at Tampines Ave 9 towards Changi Airport. The front desto was removed and the driver was inside the bus. -

TIB806A (KJ 177/925) breakdown along Woodlands Ave 3 (opp blk 320) bus stop at 10:27am today. Rear engine cover open. -

IS the lianhe wanbao there is one page reported tht a mitsubishi car crashed onto a VO3x (batch 1) with blue NTUC ad along sims ave i think. the bottom back of the bus is damaged tht the engine cover is about to be detached! looks like that car which crashed onto it must be speeding or its a sport car.

On Friday, saw SBS7239J parked at Boon Lay, with no destos, and something brown stuffed in front of the radiator (inside grille, but in front of radiator). Looked like cardboard.
Then later, saw mechanic driving the bus along Pioneer Road North. -

I don't think so becuase this bus breakdown at Tampines Ave 9 was doing a cameo (Perm service is Sv 76) and the vid of the B9TL the tire on fire has no ad (The one breakdown has ad) and I think it is a perm B9TL at the timeOriginally posted by Scania N113CRB luver:Could this bus be the bus with a burning tire?
