  2. Well you take the Free Suntec City Shuttle Bus to Suntec Convention Centre (If you want to exercise, you can walk to there via CityLink) and Transfer to Service 36 from there.
  
  3. Eh you take Service 966 from Woodlands to Marine Parade Rd and transfer to Service 36.
  
  Correct me if I am wrong.

  966 runs by kimtian road, cause my grandma stays @ kim tian there.

  From Woodlands to East Coast, you may consider taking route 168 to Bedok, and the transferring to route 401 if you are going on a weekend. Otherwise, catch route 15 from Tampines, which will get you to Marine Parade - you can walk or take a taxi from there. Alternatively, take route 858 to Changi Airport, and then transfer to route 36 at Changi Airport - alight at the first bus stop along East Coast Parkway after it completely leaves the Changi Airport area.

  1. Walk to Tiong Bahru Rd and take Svc 16. Alight at Marine Cres and walk through the underpass.
  If Jln Bt Merah is nearer, then u can also take 196 from there, but will take a longer time to reach ECP.
  
  2. Take Svc 16 at the bus stop o/s Raffles Hotel. Alight at the same place as 1.
  Faster alternative would be to take 36 from the same stop, alight at Marine Parade Rd after Still Rd and change to Svc 13/16/196.
  
  3. Take 966 and alight at Still Rd. Change to Svc 13 and alight the same place as 1.
