Agree with service_238, sv539 belongs to sv21's bus, noted that SBS9840J has sv21 guides, SBS9840J is sv21 PERM bus, mayb replacement for SBS2634J wic went bac to sv131. SBS9357M is sv81 PERM, guides in the bus n marker above window[if i did c properly] sv534 perm bus from sv81, sv540 bus is scheduled bus from sv51.
Most of the premier svcs buses are CONFIRMED buses except for sv532(147),sv533(165/SP),sv543,sv540(51),sv534(81),sv544(14) wic depends on the svc deployment for that day -

... Can wait for 20 mins for 1 151 bus during rush hour. Just checked IRIS, freq right now is 28 mins

Seriously if SBST infiltrate to Bt Panjang, I guess one DD and one trip per morning is definitely not enough to cope!!! So many passengers taking Sv 700 buses to CBD in the morning rush!

In fact I suspect Sv 5 allowed students staying at Bedok Reservoir more chance to fill up capacity on Sv 151 and 154 -

theres a 74 strider which commences from AMK ave 3 at 7am. not sure now still got anot -
