What is the pull factor of Sv 722 besides cheap fare @ $3.00? Addition trips added and added, wherelse Sv 555 (running parallel with 722) ran for so many years for one trip in the morning also not 100% full.

There are many ways to get to Town from CCK
if you can get to Bukit Panjang, you can board 700[from Bukit Panjang Int] or take sv170 to get to Bukit Timah Rd for transfers

sv555's apparent scheduled arrival is one factor
Furthermore, LTA does not always allow local bus giants to dominate any particular sector/route but allow other operators to share the pie...[ie allow "competition"]
In addition, scheduling of public buses to be deployed to Premium routes may affect normal commuters travel patterns so LTA is mindful of allowing public transport operators to operate more buses on a certain route.
