WHY ALL TIBS BUSES ENGINE SOUND SO GODAMN SIMILAR?

  Why? All of them the same as the 0405s like Hino, Lance, Nissans.

  DAF buses have about the same engine sound as the late Hino RK176 buses

  there was once i heard a 0405 on sv242 with a rally car's engine sound.

  Sound of TIBS 0405 == TIBS Dennis Lance == TIBS Nissan == TIBS Hino == 0405G. The sound super similar when they change engine gear and the engine sound very alike!

  coz n engine runs on turbines and stuff and all the same componnts.

  Of course the changing of engine gear is the same. They are all Voiths or ZFs.

  Well, Volvo B10M Mark II engine sound quite simmilar to a Denis lance. The ZF Gearbox may have caused the 'change' in engine sound. I think the DAFs sound quite simmilar to the 2000 MB0405G Voith.

  Anyway , SMRT O405s and O405Gs sound similar is because they have the same engine block . Thats why .
  
  SMRT Hinos and DAFs are quite similar too .
