Although TIB 0615 J is 169 perm, if the person mistook it as 515 he may have thought it was depot transfer.

ARBP - coinbox marking with red ink
BBDEP - sticker with black/blue ink
BNDEP - writing with black ink
this means that no 14 B9TLs have stickers.

Erm, to clarify again, BNDEP does not use the black marker perm marking anymore. If you happen to see any, its those of 1 year plus back. Recent redeployments between BNDEP buses do not have new perm markings by the black ink.Originally posted by 566117:just to clarify:

Not happy with my answer? Check out those buses that are redeployed recently under BNDEP, or those VO3x Batch 2s that were taken out from Service 12 in September 2006. Tell me whether do they have it. -

SBS781E has a Service 109 black marker perm marking on it when it got redeployed from Service 31 in July 06 with SBS994H. Not so sure about the Service 5 buses. -
