Singapore buses have speed limiter. There, average speeds for buses are about 70 km/h up to a max of 120km/h on Autobahns.
Side note: Yesterday, SBS886L (BN 39) sped up to 90 km/h. Even more was that it was a lady driver.
Autobahns also have traffic jams and road maintenance. Hence, buses do not travel up to that speed on most cases.

as abt the tv can u invent a device that if ur vehicle speed it still can produce good image?
This is the reason that PAP always give. Since they are the monopoly, how would you know if someone else will not be able to come out with better ideas? With so many complains and suggestions around, SBS is pretty slow in acknowledging and implementing them.
For the TV, inventing such a device is not the job of SBS; it's whether it is useful with the technology being so new and unstable... although I agree with the point above that it is mediacorp who wants to increase their advertising space.
