long story short la ok.
i boarded 56 on sunday 29th, my card didnt sound. hence not tapped. i turned the card many times one side and the other to tap , cannot. due to my card was peeling off , wet , bent etc. had to pay 60cents then.
im a sec 2 student anw.
so the female bus captain took my card. of course i know why she took it.
she wanted to check the card if spoil or what etc. so she gave me two tickets and a receipt.
so i have to wait for a week to call transitlink and give them the serial number on the receipt given to me.
BUT TODAY.
my wallet is lost.
i dropped it somewhere. how clumsy can i be.
how am i suppose to take back my card w/out the receipt? i only have the number at the back of my ezlink card which is engraved.
what should i do? tell transitlink after 5 working days about my lost receipt and tell them my ezlink card no. which was engraved at the back?
help greatly appreciated.
what's transitlink's number anw? 1900 or 1800 something something?
