Why is 195's frequency like sh!t?

  Its a very very popular service especially between depot road and tiong bahru mrt but out of the services at tiong bahru mrt, its frequency is the worst, especially at peak hours.
  
  During this morning's peak period, 195 took 20 minutes to arrive at tiong bahru mrt after the other just left. In the meantime, countless 16s, 33s, 63s, 851s etc have come and gone. It's somewhat similar on other days too, except that today is rather extreme.
  
  The same happens during knock off period. 195 always seems to be the last bus to arrive.
  
  Knowing that it is a heavily utilized service, why is its frequency the worst among the buses there? And they could use double decks instead of the miserably noisy and slow volvo single decks.......WTF....

  Ya . 195 freq is poor . That time i saw it , 20mins to a bus ! Turns out that they were bunching .

  Not really . Take 143 for example . Its freq abt 7-10mins . But yet its a popular route .

  I remembered that the improvement in frequency occured after a woman wrote in to complain about the service in the ST forums.
  
  She had to wait up to an hour to board the bus. Terrible. And sbs did reply to her complaint.

  Depends on the time lah. I waited for 35 mins for Sv195 before (During NE Show).

  Wahlao,Then all service high frequencies in the end we will see empty buses running around,That's would cause more congestion,I dun think 195 freq is 20mins,Maybe due to breakdown or something else
