From Plaza Singpura (slove this one first, kinda important for this)
and
From Boon Lay Int
Transportation can be both by train and bus. I need the shortest amount of time.
Also, from ECP back to Boon Lay.

PS to ECP:
S36 to Marine Parade Rd (Opp Mandarin Gdns), cross the road, find the taxi stand and walk along a path where the text is that is between 2 private apartments (Mandarin Gdns and Nepture Court) until you reach ECP. Island Resort is there.
Boon Lay to ECP:
Train to Paya Lebar, cross a predestrain crossing and take S43 S76 OR S135 from Eunos Rd 8 (Spore Post Ctr) to the abovementioned place and ditto
Opposite route just do it the reverse manner. -
