Puzzled to why SBST does not display Niteowls 1N to 8N.

From the start of 8N to recently, it does ply along Gek Pok Shopping centre and not JW st 72.. -

Jurong West St 82 is a short road that connects from Jurong West St 81 to Jurong West Ave 5.
Jurong West St 72 is a longer road that connects Jurong West Ave 5, Jurong West Ave 4 and Street 73. Jurong West Ave 4 doesn't connect with Jurong West St 82. -
The official route from the start is via JW St 72. But the BCs were told to ply JW St 75 instead because of the demand there. It's expensive when you need to put up SBS TRANSIT signs when only 1 NiteOwl passes by there, especially in the Yishun Ring Road and such, I think, that's why they're delaying.Originally posted by bus555:The bus-stop near my house no has the 2N alighting sticker

I had the impression SBST allowed Tibs to have liberty in its routes in 2001 since it did not consider night services to be viable then. I did remembered the old SS22 route from East Coast to ??????. Dhoby Ghaut MRT Bus Stop had individual Niteowl plates.

Time certainly flies. It has been five years since late night services have been introduced. However, if I don't rmb wrongly, the rule about territory that the bus service plies is set by PTC saying that the bus service from this company has to pass by two towns controlled by that company before it can pass by towns controlled by other companies.
