Just came back! How to complain to SBST?
I was returning home by bus number 9, SBS 9226H, reach the bus stop at around 12.01am.
Don't know what the driver rushing for, was kinda speeding. When he break, whole body will move forward that kind.
OK when the bus reach my stop, I wanna get now quickly as I was the only one alighting. My right leg reach the floor of the bus stop first. But before I can move my left leg (my left leg was still on the doorstep), the bus WAS ALREADY STARTED TO MOVE and the damn driver close the door.
Lucky I was able to balance myself. SBST really need to improve the quality of all this, if not keep increasing bus fare also no use! -

i got board a bus that opened its doors before it even reached a complete stop. BC looked at me stunned that i didnt fall or lose balance.. -

there's once worse. in the afternoon, a bangla 852 driver stopped at bus stop right after AMK ave3 (towards yishun) and an old auntie was alighting wif an old uncle(her husband). when her foot touched ground but hand still on grabpole, the bangla oready close door and attempted to drive off. the ppl on the bus shouted for driver to stop then he stopped and open door. ridiculous!

Last time, an old lady nearly fell if not for her son to hold her. Her son then hit the bus with his punches...
and I complained that driver for that incident as well... -

don't be racist can? You know racial harmony? Well, then don't use such offensive terms. But aside from that, when drivers are in a rush,whether bcos they're late or they have to pass motion, do you think they will slowly open and close the door? Though of course it would not be good if an accident occured due to this. -
Like that also complain much,How about those who last minute flag and press the bell,Wouldn't its risky and can cause many accidents?But what to do customer services,Some also last minute door was about to close take their sweet time looking at phones alighting like they pay $100 per ride,Pls lah this is Public buses not Coach or chartered bus

Twice i encountered two BCs hu never stop... one was 663U on 178 (to WRI), i press d bell way in advance, yet hee nv stop at Upp Jurong Rd bus stop. So in the end i hav 2 stop at Upp Bt Timah Rd and walk back.
Another one was 1007H on 852, but that time i didnt hav 2 walk. But if i really had to stop there, den how? -
