It is a rarity to meet those really friendly 143 BC
There are like one or two who are kind,
(eg. SBS9318B guy [Dunno his name] but definitely 50+)
He is very polite, smiles at any passenger when they bored. Gave me a grin when i often board his bus. Never have i seen him check a student's ez-link pass
In total i took him driving this bus 3x
Maybe this is the guy u noe lah
I wanted to compliment his service to SBST (the only 1 out of the 2 whom i will compliment from 143)
Many passengers are like quite happy
However, there is the SBS7460K guy whom i cant stand

Some of the slbp ones have attitude problem
now brbp 143 improving so nothing to say
but my stand is clear
that the whistling BC SUCKS
When i went HCI for a event
i took 157 (SBS9846T cameo)
the BC ask me to tap card
then ask me a whole load of shit why u pay cash when u can pay with the ez link
Then finally relented and issued me a tix
I took 154 (SBS3834S perm)
Old man driving
told me the usual BRBP "FRIENDLINESS"
and as usual most willl now the "WARM WELCOME" by some of the brbp drivers who check cards.
THOSE THAT I HAVE YET TO ENCOUNTER THE SITUATION
Eunos Services except 154 whom i have been ezlink card checked so many times
One by the 60 female BC driving 220H on 154 in 2006
9806J has encountered her on 9888Y this year
ask every single student to pay adult fare
when no ez link card

If you hate a particular BC. please do not post it online, as it's not nice to do that. I know you hate him/her, but please keep it to yourself and not to post online and let everyone know.
Next, all BCs are required to check student's ez-link card when he/she pays concession fare. This is to ensure fairness to other passengers. BCs have to know whether you are still a student and whether you can pay concession fare. This is all BCs job. I personally do meet some bad attitude BC but think, they are earning a living. Do you know how students treat BC when they are asked to check their ez-link cards? They give lousy attitude also. According to BCs I know, even though you wear school uniform you still cannot pay concession fares. The transitlink website states "For travelling on bus, children above 0.9m and below 1.2m in height are eligible for travel concession without a concession card. Children who are 1.2m and above in height will need a Child ez-link card or a valid concession card to be eligible for travel concession." I think as a bus fan, you should think deeper as a BC. Imagine if you see so many lousy attitude students everyday, what happen to your impression towards these students?

Is it? I think they are more strict on those who pay cash. For those who uses ezlink, there isn't much trouble. For me, i uses ezlink for all my bus rides and i did not have these encounters before. I have only encounter 2 BCs(AMDEP 21 and HGDEP 101) which request to see my card. I let them see and they nod their head and nothing happen.Originally posted by SBS2671B:Who that 143 BC?
