I think depot transfer. Saw it today too this morning at sch. I thought it was TIB907 that is making a cameo today as it's running on full day bus timing but maybe both buses bunched up at Yishun. Take note that there are 3 crossover buses to 859 for school morning peak only.

I think you won't guess which bus got stripped off from 859. Because the bendies have an improper fixed timing. Only TIB762S got a proper timing which is fixed. I suspect maybe TIB1238 or 1237 to be replaced.

I have a three week extra break before the actual school holidays and I will probably be going to Boon Lay during the three weeks. By the way, when will the Holiday 1 timetable start during the year end holidays?
