From 1300 hrs to 1700 hrs would be the best time to get nice shots. Such as this (photo I took in March):

This was taken at about 1632 hrs. I'll be catching it again (together with SBS 3863H, SBS 9064H and SBS 9334D) sometime around mid-October to December. -
