For me I will remove all the LO3X from JIS and replace it with O405s

And if possible, put 242 and 243 with at least 75% of DD fleets due to the over high demand.......

I'll improve 985 frequency in this 2 ways: Letting AMDEP joining in the control of 985 or transfer somwe UDs from WLDEP to KJDEP & deploy them on 985: I will transfer UDs like:
CSS178K , CSS182Y , TIB368Y , TIB369U , TIB1248D , TIB1251T , TIB1255H , CSS200D to KJDEP as WLDEP has 28 UDs , bring 8 over to KJDEP is not ridiculous.

Or
Put in : TIB363K , CSS184S , TIB1256E , CSS207K , TIB750B , TIB755M , TIB960L , TIB911D , TIB920C , TIB930Z ,TIB1017D , TIB984T , TIB995L , TIB1042E , TIB1160Y , TIB1164L , TIB1205C & TIB1241Y ,

You were still drinking milk when they were perm on 31. All 31 regos were perm before and/or currently perm.

2767 and 2768 were SP/36 before they went to 30e.

amdep gets mercs from slbp and Scanias from bndep
hgdep gets merc from amdep and Scanias from bndep.
means bndep no Scania, slbp no Merc.

amdep gives all Mk4 DMs to bndep/slbp
hgdep gives all Mk3s, Mk4 DMs and some of the Striders or DM3500s to bndep/bbdep/slbp
bndep gives Mk3s/Mk4 DM/Mk4 DM3500 to slbp.

For 179, 199 & DD crossovers to 242

throw away the VO3x, put in LO3x with no speed limiters.

Especially 199, long stretch to chiong along Jalan Bahar and long and straight downhill along Nanyang Crescent. Shocked

Put in VO2x also can. They would be best if they can deployed in early morning and night, because NTU has lots of fresh and clean air at that time.

Best still, replace all LO3x with VO2x, but increase the frequency instead. One of the biggest delays on 179 is the boarding/alighting time. So overall, with smaller buses, (but higher freq) there would be more doors to alight from, reducing the heavy bunching.

Transfer some or all Dennis Tridents to SLBP..
Transfer 3 or 4 VO3x (Batch 2 or 3) To SLBP
Transfer all MK2 to HGDEP or some to AMDEP
Transfer some MB0405 to BBDEP
Transfer some MB0405 to BBDEP/ARBP (Shortage of SD buses when times comes)
Transfer more DM3500 to SLBP
Transfer some Vo2x to AMDEP

1 or 2 more perm ADD for Service 242 !! (Seriously need it!!)

2 Dennis Tridents on Express 502..
2 DM 3500 on Express 502..
Replace buses like (SBS 470C, SBS 556P)

Remove 4 VO2x from Svc 154 (Currently 6) and transfer 2 of them to Svc 157.. Another 2 to Svc 179 and transfer 2 LO3x out..
