  Ermm I am afraid that Sv 27 need to have more buses during peak hour. 20 buses during peak hour is not enough. Even with a frequency of 3-5mins during peak hours. Most of the buses will be packed.
  I think the current situation is alright, need to improve during off-peak hours to around 10-12mins.

  Why not upgrade there? The place is severely run down. Then change the exit and entrances . This way , bendies can enter and exit the area.
