Yes. It is. It started service in 1973 as a Park and Ride Shuttle. It's peak of it in operation is on the 1980s and 1990s. The new milemnum never gave CSS to shine as a historical monument. IT was withdrawn by SMRT Buses on 28th April 2007. The CSS fleet is deployed in SMRT now.

First the cute Hispano Box mascot by TIBS , now is the Volgren merc with no face.
Second , TIBS introduced new buses on a quicker basis . Ever since SMRT took over it , for 6 years there hasn't been any new buses being introduced.
Thirdly , TIBS maintains their buses a tad better than SMRT. -

But at least they did smth abt their buses . Like refurbish some , replace handgrips etc.
Anyway , not introducing any new service is infact a good idea. Don't forget that SMRT has a bus shortage . Should they intro a new service , this service or another service is bound to suffer , poor freq. This will make plp shun this service. As a result , low demand. In the end , withdrawal . -
