I think you must take MRT from Boon Lay stn to Jurong East stn then change bus Service 51 from Jurong East Int till to that bridge (bus-stop I not sure where)Originally posted by toyota-corolla:Anyone can direct me from Boon lay Bus Interchange to Alkaff Bridge? Transportation can be done by both train and bus.
Here's the bridge.
As in, can someone give me a direction? What bus to take, and where to alight?
Prefeably shorter time taken. THANKS PEOPLE!![]()

anyway it's along havelock rd/kim seng side there..so it's quite a distance from boon lay....my adv is same as others...take mrt to redhill take 64 that's the way to go...shorter time to reach that birdge than 123 from tiong bahru....

when u travelling alongside Singapore River(not opp. pls) on 64 (towards direction of sim place ter.) on havelock road keep an eye for the bridge in ya first post u see it ding dong and alight....Originally posted by toyota-corolla:and alight near where? heh.
sounds dangerous then the previous time i went to east coast.Originally posted by kengkia:when u travelling alongside Singapore River(not opp. pls) on 64 (towards direction of sim place ter.) on havelock road keep an eye for the bridge in ya first post u see it ding dong and alight....
to add on...
64 and 123 from redhill and tiong bahru mrt respectively 3 fare stages
51 and 186 from queenstown mrt 5 fare stages to reach
the alighting point at your bridge i assume it's at quayside there cos that's the nearest bus stop...
do what u deem fit...![]()

she painted the bridge in 2004. she passed on in 2004. last year on earth and she spent it suspended by a harness painting the bridge for days.
that's what's nice about the bridge. the history of it.
