Well if they don't use tankers to refuel buses at interchanges, I guess that one was refuelling one that cannot make it to the depot.

ya this type of new double decker i like it very much.looks like the height of the 2nd deck on these new buses increased to 1.9m or smth so that those 1.8+ no longer have to crouch anymore..Originally posted by Superbus:

This reminds me, last week (or 2 weeks ago), got a Nissan stuck at BNL. One of the SMRT trucks were there. They were pouring many containers of something into the bus.
