Is it possible to reach Targore Lane by 7am from Bedok?

  no no no. tagore is at upp thomson that part and u wan get there frm bedok. unless u take 854, change to 163 at YCK rd, and then 138. the only way out

  take MRT to ang mo kio and change to 138 or 169. 138 departs amk at 6.00am, 6.20am, 6.40am and 7.00am.
  
  so the latest u can leave bedok mrt is around 5.55am.

  Definitely can reach there by 7am. I think you can reach there around 0630 - 0645.
  
  If you are living near Bedok MRT, you can take MRT from Bedok to AMK. Probably reach AMK by 0611 earliest. After that you can take 169 from AMK. The earliest bus for 169 is around 0530, so no issues for that.
  
  Alternatively, you can take 25 from Bedok to AMK. Bus 25 starts operating from 0515 onwards during weekdays and will reach AMK around 0555 - 0605.
  After that, you can take 169 from there.

  Bus is not as early as MRT if I'm not wrong. So if you intend to take 25 then transfer, you will be late.

  actually the issue is how long u have to wait. 854 takes just as long as 25, but to wait for 2 long-frequency services at one go can be a pain and u dun get to slp to the end. but it might be worth the try during the evening hours.

  there seems to be a good chance that the first 854 bus departing bedok int will get to YCK Rd Motorola factory by 6.05am (30mins) but if u miss it u will have to wait 10 mins at YCK Rd Aft AMK Ave 5.

  By the way, many bus services are earlier than the MRT for your info.
  
  Some earlybirds: 154 from Eunos start from 5am
  170 start from 0520 onwards
  Most of the sengkang trunk bus services start from 0515 onwards on weekdays.
  
  25 arrives to AMK Ave 3 Blk 554 at 0525. That bus is a downroute.
  73 arrives to AMK Ave 3 Blk 101 at 0519. That bus is also a downroute.
