introduction:
this is a new series of thread on old / scrapped or unscrapped buses.
in here i reveal / discuss about old bus deployments of many bus models.
the thread is introduced because now i am re editing my list and concentrating on the past. we all should relive our childhood and learn more about old bus deployments .
in discussing old bus deployments we also get the chance to observe old bus routes n how they run and what models of bus were deployed on them. this topic will be mostly rego specific. the bus model will be stated clearly for the very old regos.

the mystery of the 56xx leyland atleantans
while doing my list i came across some information missing on some leyland atleantans of the alexander R type
the rego in question with the very first deployemnts are:

i can only confirm for the 5614--5617 and 5621--5624 deployments. the rest of them i am very not sure. in fact very not in the knowledgable.
i should think that these 5xxx rego would be mostly brand new whilst in BRAM but also not very sure..
I suspect some were brand new on 154 or 157. anyone knows?

heheh as i say its a mystery to me these 56xx ones.
yes the 16xx one were brand new on 157. hence i suggest the 56xx may have went 157. but i think we both can concurr they never brand new on 157.
in that case other candidates could be 152 or 133 etc

Anyway, I suspect the 7*** O305s were shifted to HGDEP when the LO2Xes came.
Also what was the reason for LO2Xes to have 35** regoes? I thought the depot coding ended with the O305s. -

we all know 16xx shd be from BBDEp area but my current reasoning is
after the LA alexander R (singapore / Hk O305 style) bodywork came in, they threw out the 'be depot bu registeration" and anyhow whack.
however on the matter of the Lo2x, i would like to point out that certain of the 35xx were new to BRAM. so it seems that confirm after the lo2x are in, by then they really dun care liao.
i willl also like to say that i strongly believe that 157 n 154 were JRDEp then.

i check my list i dun have albion viking do 157 worh. all looking very JRDEp ish to me

5621 was on svc 81 about a year or two before retirement.
Did you guys know that ezlink system was installed on a few LAs (359) just a few months before they are all retired ?

yup. yah u told me 5621 do 81. i have it do 31 in my list. by the way i can confirm guarantee 5621 new new on 106 then.
yah my list got capture all the rego of the LA that had EZ link systems.

Sometimes got downroute, 157 LAs starts from Jurong Town Hall Rd(Blk 253) aft exiting from PIE to Boon Lay. -
wah seh shocker (to me) . JR int takes bus from BBDEp.
by the way , any other service from jurong int use BBDEp bus before i make many mistakes in the list
(i know today got this 198 very funny at Boon lay int)

It is possible that some of the 157 LAs were BRAM ones (6835-6903).
