  i think in the early days only a few used. and i've yet to find out what they were. then much later more buses get DDs then the whole series get majhiong-ed out

  if I am not wrong the LA allocation last time is:
  
  16XX series -- Western based
  68XX and 56XX series -- Central (TPY, AMK etc) based
  49XX series -- Eastern based
  
  But at around 1992 when 198 swapped its LO2x with 157's LA, some of the 157's BRBP LAs (Like SBS5602G, SBS5604B, SBS6888S etc) were being transferred to BBDEP.......

  according to my records 5602 jump 157 to BBDEp to do 39
  
  5604 also jump 157 ship to BBDEp do 139
  
  6888 i not sure if it perm 157 b4. not in my records

  198 had its share of 16** LAs. Remember 1649 serving it.
  
  What heppened to the 198 HGDEP O305s after the route was cut short? Did they end up in AMDEP?

  198 merc O305 stayed in HGDEp. bulk of them got redeployed to 197 others all over the place in HGDEP. to 111, 154 etc
  
  i have confirmation hat 154 used buses from BBDEP whilst ending at jurong int. source buway apr 86

  Probably explains why therewere LAs on 154.
  
  Anyway, some HG O305s went to AM in the 1990s. One of them was 2583 (HG 154 >> AM 166). Still saw remnants of the number "154" written in marker ink after the transfer.
