Anyone got problem boarding SBS 174?

Just like to check if tee is anyone who have problems
boarding 174 during peak hours 7pm to 730pm?
I either can't get to board 174 due to congestion or
have to wait for more than 20mins to board
from boon lay to bukit batok...
Wonder if anyone faces the similar issue which i already feedback to sbs but no valid reason given... -
it's normal. i have done that before too.
and i have waited for 30 minutes at least in the morning (9.30am) just to take 174 home after my papers

Yes, if the bus is an SD, not all the people in the queue at Boon Lay Interchange can fit into the bus at 7pm+

174 buses always caught in jam along Outram Rd, Orchard, Farrer Rd during peak hrs causing the buses to arrive Boon Lay late...

traffic jam - bus delayed - late arrival - late departure - longer frequency - we make noise
raining - slow traffic/traffic jam/flooding - bus delayed and ditto the above from there.
its a vicious cycle.
