  Ever heard of SP Perm service? It takes quite a while of spotting it on a particular service + spotting the perm marking/sticker to confirm that it has been redeployed to another service.
  
  This applies mostly to SMRT buses because they don't use perm marking/sticker.

  SP cameo on service 1 day = No big hoo-haa
  
  SP cameo on 1 week = A bit hoo-haa
  
  SP cameo for 3 weeks or 1 month = hoo-haa, everyone try to see if it becomes perm.
  
  If no one spots down SP cameos, if that bus which is SP cameoed for a month already, how are we supposed to know that it has cameoed for a month? Let's say we don't take down SP cameos for that 29 days. Last day we decide to take down.
  
  SP cameo on service 1 day = no big hoo-haa
  
  In the end they just think it is just 1 day of cameo, in fact it has cameoed for 1 month, awaiting to become perm on that service. Unless someone enthu until take every bus, will we know that the bus has "suspected" become perm of that service? 1 day of cameo only what.

  if you cant contribute to the cameo list and reporting, the least u shud do is to respect and not to bring down somebody for posting a list of supposedly 'useless cameos' by your terminology.

  Hmm maybe you can check old post like few years ago. I do have long list also everyday, just that I stopped during my exam period. Er, you do have long list also right? I don't find long list childish or ridiculous. I do read people's long list of cameo even though they are spare bus cameo. If you think that spare bus cameo is not a need to post, SBS601S SBS2625K SBS2629A SBS1881T these buses was once a spare. Do you post cameo of them?

  If you aren't too happy about people posting a long list of cameos, you can always choose not to read it.
  
  And this 'Anything Unusual on the roads' thread had been in place since I don't know when, maybe when you were in primary school. It was coined by the more senior members of the forums I believe. Are you trying to say that the people who came up with this title and the content stupid or not as intelligent as you are?
  
  Maybe the terminology or the way the topic is phrased is wrong or inappropriate, but I believe everyone that comes to this thread has as an understanding that this is the thread to post the cameos of the day.
  
  If you have nothing else better to do other than nitpicking on things like this, or misbehaving God knows where, I suggest you take up a constructive hobby away from buses.

  I personally feel that long list of cameos are even better as it provide us more information about the day's cameo. Although SPs are doing their job and nothing unusual but they're still considered as cameos. Maybe u can think of another title which u think is better for cameos.
