i think some Volvo MK2 are not scrapped but exported to overseas coz during my trip my batam yesterday, the tour bus i took is a ex-SBS Volvo MK2 WA CAC. the bus is painted into white with the tour company logo. the logo is in orange/blue colour. the interior remains unchanged except the bells, "bus stopping" and "door closing" indicators have been removed
the tour company is VIP Tour
forgot to mention that the bus now had microphones and speakers installed

yah, some of them are scrapped. the others that seem to be in better condition (eg engine/gearbox parts) that still perform well are sold and exported.. the rest that give off horrible vibrations on the e-way are well.. scrapped.

I suspect 1880X (More probably) or 1893J (Could be redeployed to Sv 191 :lol
might be pulled over to replace 1837Y on 284
If tat's the case, it's left 3 NAC buses on 151... Next de-reg, 1845 and 1858 would go... But I suspect 91 and 191 would be last user of NAC MK2 -

For me, I think that regardless of which NAC buses it is still classified under NAC. Seems like now svcs 82, 112, 113, 115, 158, 315, 317, 325 - all FAC svcs liao. Sv 103 left wif 1 NAC bus (skali swop wif SBS885P from sv 115 ), whereas sv 11 still NAC
