F1 2008: Service Diversion Suggestions?

I think that SMRT Services terminating at Marina Centre need to loop or terminate at Geylang Lor 1.
For SBS' case, big problem as most money tree routes ply the affected area and I estimated that some Services would have to be withdrawn temporarly.
Like this, big jams for the length of F1 stay in Singapore.
Big Day on 26th September
Road Closures:1 - 2 weeks before F1 race
Stands Construction, Closure of 1 lane or a whole 3 lane road: 1.5 Weeks before Race
FYI, I wrote a report on it and it won me first prize as I wrote an original article and used my imagination at it. The other contestants stole info from Wikipedia. I'm a honest man.

if road closures along city hall area, you will have a big jam, and it is very unrealistic, which is why, they are suggesting a night race, either you never been in a huge jam before, but i doubt you will understand the pain in getting home around 6 pm in a bus, so please do bear in mind that, it is not practical to even close the road for 2 weeks

I think the government may place road closures to vechicular traffic, except for Public Transport like buses
