And in case you don't know, on this very day 17 years later, 40 buses will be gone at 1 shot. Nice or terrible eh then the Mk2s?Originally posted by Oceane:40 buses at a shot...

Can understand. He is saying the bumper is low and BCs are advised to raise the front of the bus so as to prevent accidents such as hitting on bumper when going on humps, etc.Originally posted by chickenlittle2:Pls kindly explain what u wrote above? I dun understand what u wrote above.![]()

Hopefully can put them on sv 138, facilitate wheelchair bound passengers to visit the zoo.Originally posted by Oceane:SBS 8074 K

Sorry my mistake... 8084G is BRBP 63 which means 1 other K230 (unknown rego) is inside AMDEP instead of 8084G.Originally posted by vivienlee:Hopefully can put them on sv 138, facilitate wheelchair bound passengers to visit the zoo.![]()
Couldn't agreed more with you Mr HseochinOriginally posted by hseochin:In what way 'not bad' ??
If it's in versetality in the form of manual height adjustment etc. i'll agree.
BUT unfortunately if it's in the area of suspension ride comfort, then
(so far from rides i've taken over the front, mid & rear sections of the vehicle)
i'm have to conclude they haven't made much (if any !) improvements in this area over the N113 used since 1989 ! The ride is still very 'rough', damping hardly effective & as such overall not really smooth which is not very impressive because the road speeds only ~ 50 km/h !!
Therefore while the suspension does not seem noisy, overall so far however the suspension ride comfort remains on the lousier side. Not as bad as the Volvo B10M's but nowhere near as good as the suspension comfort levels of the M-B O 405 or even the new O 500's like the 1725 (nosier suspension but more stable & just as comfortable as O 405) used in Malaysia nowadays.
there are 3 more new K230 inside AMDEP beside 8074/8086/8087/8090/8091.Originally posted by Oceane:Sorry my mistake... 8084G is BRBP 63 which means 1 other K230 (unknown rego) is inside AMDEP instead of 8084G.![]()

8084 should be inside AMDEP before it was transferred to BR to do Sv 63.
so now at least 9 K230 belong to AM/BR.
