There are still no new Scanias in the Bedok area.

Granted we have B10BLE that use plastic destos, but I think most of them are more or less permanent on certain services except for some crossovers.
B10BLE ar...the driving cabin so low lor. sometimes if i see a CNG, i'd feel lyk asking the BC, "Eh, u comfortable or not? can reach desto holder?"

Look out for SLBP DM3500 too. They are on standby. ![]()
From what I see on board bus 17 today (passing by BNDEP), I saw a Scania K230s bus inside. It was off-service though. So most prob, BNDEP is ready for these new buses. Woohoo~~
Off topic : I saw a SBS 3606 (i think) which has desto 35 at Pasir Ris inter sun-tanning.

When they change the desto, they step on the door to reach it!
(The door I mean, is the one which the BC uses to get out of the driving cab to get to the passenger compartment/entrance door)

I like the back seat, though the front row seat on the left wheel on B7RLE is miles ahead.
Wow the seat is my suggestion of it and it came true although I did not write to SBST. But I think they should put another seat (simillar to the one on top but facing to the standee) :D
sbst definitely had already considered installing a seat there, but it was not possible previously on the earlier units as such seats were not available from suppliers then.
however, they can now be procured (they probably got the contacts of the supplier of this odd-sized seat from soon chow's B7RLE) and thus they are now installed on the newer batches lo KUB.

isn't this seat from Vogel as well? I'm sure Vogel has the capability / has the design for such a seat. Initially SBST was reluctant to install a seat over the wheelarch due to safety considerations such as its height making it difficult for passengers to access.
I think they realised that when the bus is packed people would still move to that area and sit on top of the wheelarch anyway, so they just decided to put a seat there lor.

High time that BNDEP starts getting those new buses too, to replace those outgoing 100+++ Scania N113 CRBs. Furthermore BNDEP houses the most number of SBST Scania buses ![]()

I love the DM3500s also but still hope for some K230UB in BNDEP. Anyway, I saw service 60 which goes to Bedok Interchage using a K230UB. Wonder if it is from BNDEP.
